Settings Overview
In Settings, you update company details, the app appearance, protocol rules, and other areas that affect daily work in Deratix.
Accessing settings
- Desktop: Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Mobile: Tap More in the bottom bar, then Settings.
Note: Items are shown according to permissions configured by your administrator. If you do not see an item, you do not have access to it.

General settings
The General tab contains data used in the app and in client-facing outputs.
Company details
These details are mainly displayed in the header of PDF protocols:

| Company name | Official company name |
| Street, ZIP, city, country | Registered address |
| Company ID, VAT details | Identification and tax data |
| Phone, email, website | Contact details for the client |
Before saving, check spelling, spacing, and tax number formatting. These texts are copied into new PDF protocols.
Brand color
The primary color is used for highlights in the app and in the PDF protocol. Click the color field to choose it.
Logo and stamp
The logo and stamp are inserted into PDF protocols according to the protocol settings.
- Click Choose image or the current image.
- Select a file from the library or upload a new one.
- Confirm the selection and save the settings.
Common image formats such as PNG, JPG, GIF, and WebP are supported. PNG with a transparent background works best for both logo and stamp.
App icon and short name
The icon and short name are used when Deratix is installed on a phone or desktop.

App font
The app font affects text in the Deratix interface. After saving, the change is applied in the app.
Note: The PDF protocol font is configured separately in protocol settings.
Saving changes
- Update the required fields.
- Click Save at the bottom of the current tab.
- Wait for the save confirmation.
If you have unsaved changes and switch to another tab or leave the page, the app warns you so you do not lose them.
