Organize your work with custom tags. Assign color labels to protocols and clients - for example "VIP client", "To invoice", or "Recurring problem". Create tags with custom names and colors in codebooks. For each tag, set who can see it - everyone, managers only, or specific roles. Tags are displayed in lists and you can filter by them - quickly find all protocols with a specific label.

Protocol Submission Warnings
When submitting a protocol, the system checks if anything important is missing. If a signature or recommendations are missing, a warning with a list of missing items is displayed. You can go back and add them, or proceed anyway - the decision is yours.

Clean Copy from Word
Copying text from a Word document? The editor automatically cleans it from unwanted formatting styles. Bold, italic, and lists are preserved, but font, size, and colors are set according to the application. No more messy-looking PDF protocols.

Your clients can now have their own access to the system.
