My data
The My data page shows information about your company, including sites and contact details.
Accessing the page
- 🖥️ Desktop: In the left panel, click My data
- 📱 Mobile: In the bottom bar, tap My data
Displayed information
The page is divided into cards with different types of information:
Basic details
The basic details card contains:

| Company name | Legal or business name of your company |
| Contact person | Contact person at the default site |
| Company ID | Company registration number |
| Tax ID | Tax identification number |
| VAT ID | VAT identification number |
Note: These details are read-only. If you need to change business details, contact the administrator.
Contact details
The contact details card shows:

| Phone | Phone number from the default site (clickable for calling) |
| Protocol email | Special address where protocols are sent, if configured |
Editing contact details
If you have edit permission, the Edit button is shown. After clicking it, a dialog opens where you can change:
- General email — main contact email of the company
- Protocol email — address for sending protocols
Tip: The protocol email is the address where generated protocols from completed services are sent automatically. If you leave it empty, protocols are sent to the main email.
Note: Contact person and phone are set at the individual site level. They cannot be edited from this page.
Sites
If your company has one or more sites, their overview is shown. Each site contains:
- Site label, for example “Main site”
- Full address (street, ZIP code, city)
- Contact person for that site
- Phone number for that site
The default site is marked with the Default badge.
Site detail
Click a site card to open the site detail, where you will find:
- Statistics — number of protocols and documents for this site
- Site information — address, contact person, phone, email, opening hours
- Documents — safety data sheets, certificates, and other documents assigned to the site
- Protocols — history of all protocols completed at this site
If the site has GPS coordinates, clicking the address opens its location in Google Maps.
Note: Site editing is not available from the client portal. If you need to change an address, contact the administrator.
Company selector
If multiple companies are assigned to you, a dropdown appears in the page header. Use it to switch between companies and view the details of each one.
