Documents in the portal
The Documents section contains the documents your service provider has made available to you. These are mainly safety data sheets (SDS) for chemical products used during services at your sites.
Accessing documents
- 🖥️ Desktop: In the left panel, click Documents
- 📱 Mobile: Open Overview and tap the Documents card in quick actions
What documents you will find here
The main Documents page shows documents for materials used in your protocols from the last 24 months. Documents assigned to a specific site are available in that site’s detail page.
Material SDS
Safety data sheets for chemical products used in your protocols:
- They are shown automatically based on materials used in protocols
- They contain important safety information
- They support workplace safety and inspections
Site documents
Documents assigned to specific sites of your companies are shown in the site detail:
- Site maps - situation maps with monitoring device placement
- Certificates - service provider certificates
- Other - other relevant documents
When documents are visible
A document appears on the main Documents page if it meets these conditions:
- ✅ It is marked as visible in the portal
- ✅ It belongs to a material used in your protocols
- ✅ The protocol with that material is from the last 24 months
Site documents are shown in the site detail when they are marked as visible in the portal and you have access to that site.
Note: If you do not see a document you expected, contact your service provider. The document may be for internal use only.
Documents table
Documents are shown in a clear table:

| Type | Document type (SDS, certificate, map, …) |
| Actions | Button for opening the preview |
Filtering
You can filter documents:
- By material - enter part of the name into the filter field
- By type - choose the document type from the dropdown
Document preview
Click the eye icon next to a document to preview it directly in the app:
- PDF files - shown in the integrated PDF viewer
- Images - shown in a lightbox
From the preview, you can also download the document or open it in a new browser window.
Site documents
If you have multiple sites, documents may be assigned:
- To the whole company - shown in the main documents list
- To individual sites - shown in the detail of the specific site
To view documents for a specific site:
- Open My data
- Select the site from the list
- In the site detail, open the Documents section
Why these documents matter
Safety data sheets
SDS are a legal requirement and include important information:

Document information
In the page header you see:
- Document count - total number of available documents
- Material count - number of materials for which you have documents
