Drafts are available:

5. Client Management

Client database - Desktop

Before creating a protocol, a client must exist in the database. You can create one:

  • From Clients using New client
  • Directly from the protocol form
  • By importing from an accounting system through Integrations

When creating a client, fill in basic data, contact data and at least one work address. A client can have multiple sites. See Client detail.

6. Working Offline

Deratix also works without an internet connection:

  • Protocols are saved locally on the device.
  • After the connection returns, they synchronize to the server.
  • Navigation shows the online/offline status.
  • The dashboard shows protocols waiting for synchronization.

Note: In offline mode, you cannot create new clients. You work only with already synchronized data. See Offline mode.

  • 🖥️ Desktop: click the search field in the header or press Ctrl+K / Cmd+K
  • 📱 Mobile: tap the search icon on Dashboard

Client Portal

If you were invited as a client, you will see the simplified client portal. It shows only your companies and protocols, without internal functions.
