Site detail in the portal
The site detail in the client portal shows information about one address of your company. You will find the site’s contact details, documents available in the portal, and protocols completed at this address.
How to get here
- Open My data.
- In the Sites section, click a specific site.
If you have access to multiple companies, first choose the company whose sites you want to view.
What you will find here
At the top you see the site name and the company name. Below them are two quick statistics:
| Item | What it means |
|---|---|
| Protocols | Number of protocols completed at this site |
| Documents | Number of documents available for this site |
These numbers help you quickly see whether the site has assigned documents or service history.
Site information
The Site information card shows address details:
- full address,
- contact person,
- phone,
- email,
- opening hours,
- note,
- View on map link when the location is saved.
Phone and email are clickable. The map link opens the site location in a map service.
Note: Site details are read-only in the portal. If you need to change an address or contact details, contact your administrator or service provider.
Documents
The Documents section shows only documents that have been made available to you in the portal.
Depending on the file type, you can:
- open a preview,
- download the file,
- check the name, document type, and validity.
If you do not see the document you expected in the portal, it may not be assigned to this site or may not have been made available in the portal.
Protocols
The Protocols section shows protocols completed at this site.
The list shows the basic details of each protocol. When a PDF is available, you can download the protocol. The portal is for viewing and downloading, not for editing protocols.
When to use site detail
Use the site detail when:
- your company has multiple sites and you want to view one specific address,
- you are looking for documents for an exact place,
- you need to download protocols completed at a given site,
- you want to check the site’s contact details.
