Application Navigation

Navigation differs by device:

  • 🖥️ Desktop: In the left panel (Sidebar), you will find all main application sections. You can collapse the panel by clicking the arrow at the bottom.
  • 📱 Mobile: The bottom bar contains 5 items: Home, Protocols, New (protocol), Clients, and More (expanded menu).

Note: Items appear according to your permissions set by the administrator. If you do not see an item, you do not have access to it. Contact the administrator.

The application provides fast search across all data:

  • 🖥️ Desktop: Press Ctrl+K (Windows) or Cmd+K (Mac)
  • 📱 Mobile: The search field is directly on the dashboard in the logo area

You can search:

  • Protocols - by number, client name, date
  • Clients - by company name, company ID
  • Navigation - quick move to any page (for example “new protocol”, “clients”)
  • Help - documentation articles

Quick Action Cards

Summary Cards

  • Protocols - number of protocols for the selected period with a trend compared to the previous period
  • Active clients - number of clients with protocols in the period
  • Active technicians - number of technicians who created protocols

Charts

  • Protocols over time - bar chart showing protocol count development
  • Work types - pie chart with distribution of performed work types
  • Material consumption over time - chart of the most used materials and their consumption in the selected period
  • Top clients - list of clients with the highest number of protocols
  • Technician performance - horizontal bar chart comparing technician productivity

For material charts, the application uses conversions from the units codebook so it can correctly add, for example, liters and milliliters.

Period Selection

Statistics support flexible time period selection. In the dropdown, predefined options are split into two groups:

Period from start:

  • Today
  • This week
  • This month
  • This quarter
  • This year

Previous periods:

  • Yesterday
  • Last week
  • Last month
  • Last quarter
  • Last year

Custom period: On the “Custom” tab, choose any date range using the calendar.

Comparison: You can enable comparison with the previous period or the same period last year. The trend is shown as a percentage change.

Draft Protocols

If you have draft protocols, they appear on the dashboard in the “Draft protocols” section. These are protocols that you started creating but have not sent yet.

  • Click a draft to continue editing it
  • Delete any draft by clicking the trash icon
  • Drafts are stored locally on your device

Tip: The application automatically saves draft protocols, so you do not lose data even if the browser closes unexpectedly.

Waiting for Synchronization

If you created protocols in offline mode, a yellow “Waiting for synchronization” card appears with the number of waiting protocols. These protocols are sent automatically when the internet connection is restored.

Nearby Clients

Based on your current GPS location, the application shows nearby clients.

For each client, you see:

  • Company name
  • Address of the nearest site
  • Distance from your current location
  • Button for quickly creating a protocol

Note: This feature requires location access in your browser and is available only online. Only clients with stored GPS coordinates for their address are shown.
