Client database

The client database is the central place for managing all your customers.

Access

Open the client database:

  • Click Clients in the side menu
  • From the Dashboard, click the Clients card
  • On mobile, use the Clients icon in the bottom navigation

Viewing clients

Table view (desktop)

On desktop, clients are shown in a table with these columns:

Card view (mobile)

On mobile devices, clients are shown as cards with key information.

Hiding columns

Click the columns icon in the toolbar to hide or show individual table columns.

Searching clients

  1. Type text into the search field in the header
  2. Results are filtered automatically

You can search by:

  • Client name
  • Company ID
  • Address

Column filtering

The Name, Email, and City column headers include inputs for filtering by that column.

Tag filter

If you have permission to view tags:

  1. Click Filter in the toolbar
  2. Select tags in the dialog
  3. Only clients with the selected tags are shown

Sorting

Click a column header to change sorting:

  • First click: ascending ↑
  • Second click: descending ↓

The default sorting is by name ascending (A-Z).

Pagination

  • 20 clients are shown per page by default
  • You can change the count to 10, 50, or 100
  • Use « and » to navigate between pages

URL and sharing filters

All filters are saved in the URL, so you can:

  • Share a link with applied filters
  • Keep filters after refreshing the page
  • Save a bookmark with a frequently used setup

Creating a new client

From the client database

  1. Click + New client in the header
  2. Fill in the form
  3. Click Save

Directly from the protocol form

  1. While creating a protocol, click New client
  2. Fill in the basic details
  3. The client is automatically selected for the protocol

Import from an external system

If you use SuperFaktúra, you can import clients in bulk without manual entry. The import creates clients including addresses and contact details. See integrations documentation for details.

Client details

Required details

  • Name - company name or individual person name

Optional details

Note: Phone and other contact details are entered at individual address level.

Managing addresses

Each client can have multiple addresses, such as registered seat, branches, or sites.

Address types

Adding an address

  1. Open the client detail
  2. In the Addresses section, click + Add address
  3. Fill in:
    • Address name, for example “Headquarters” or “Warehouse”
    • Address type
    • Street and number
    • ZIP code and city
    • Contact person on site
    • Phone
    • Email
  4. Click Save

GPS coordinates

You can set GPS coordinates for addresses:

  1. Click Set location at the address
  2. Search for the address on the map or click the map
  3. Confirm the location

GPS coordinates support the “Nearest clients” feature on the dashboard.

Client detail

Click a client row or card to open a detail with:

  • All client details
  • List of addresses with editing options
  • Client protocol history
  • Assigned tags
  • Button for creating a new protocol

Editing client details

In the client detail, click Edit to open the edit dialog.

In the dialog, you can edit:

  • Basic details (name, Company ID, Tax ID, VAT ID)
  • Contact person and email
  • Notes

Save changes with Save.

Exporting data

To export the client list:

  1. Set filters as needed
  2. Click Export (download icon)
  3. The file downloads in CSV format

Tips

Tip: Use consistent address names, for example “Bratislava site” or “Košice warehouse”, for better clarity.

Tip: Fill in the Company ID to avoid duplicate records and make searching easier.

Tip: Set GPS coordinates for addresses you visit often - it makes client selection in the field easier.

Tip: Filters stay in the URL, so you can save a bookmark with frequently used filter settings.
