Integrations Overview
In Integrations, you can import clients from an external system or bulk-upload documents from a ZIP archive. This helps with the initial setup of the client database and with migrating an existing document archive.
Access
- Desktop: Click Integrations in the left sidebar.
- Mobile: Tap More in the bottom bar, then Integrations.
Note: Availability depends on your permissions. Some users may see only ZIP document import.
Available integrations
| Integration | What you do | More |
|---|---|---|
| SuperFaktura | Load clients from the invoicing system and prepare them for import into Deratix | [[superfaktura |
| ZIP document import | Upload many documents from a ZIP archive, such as SDS, certificates, maps, or contracts | [[zip-import |
Integration status
Each integration is shown as a card with status and available actions.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Configured | The integration is ready for test and import |
| Ready | You can start the file or ZIP import immediately |
| Requires configuration | The connection setup is missing; ask your administrator or support to enable it |
For configured external integrations, the card may also show the number of clients available in the external system.
Connection test
For an external integration, test the connection first:
- Click Test.
- Wait for the result.
- If the test fails, do not start the import; ask your administrator or support to check the connection.
Tip: Run the connection test before the first import and whenever access details in the external system change.
Client import
When importing clients from an external system:
- Open the integration card and click Import.
- Review the import preview.
- For matches, decide which records should be added or updated.
- Run the import and check the client database afterwards.
For the full SuperFaktura flow, see the separate guide.
ZIP document import
Use ZIP import when you need to upload many documents at once. Deratix recognizes clients, document types, and periods from the archive structure.
For archive preparation, preview, and import steps, see the ZIP document import guide.
Offline mode
Integrations require an internet connection. When offline, a warning is shown and import cannot be started.
Tips
Tip: Before a larger import, prepare a small test with a few records. You can quickly verify whether client and document names are recognized correctly.
Tip: After importing clients, check duplicate or incomplete records in the client database.
