Site detail
Open the site detail when you need to work with one specific client address on its own: check contact details, view documents assigned to the place, or find protocols completed at this site.
How to get here
- Open the client database.
- Click the client.
- In the Sites section, click a specific site.
You can also open the detail from links in protocols or from other parts of the app that work with a client address.
What you will find here
At the top you see the site name and the client name. Below the header are two quick statistics:
| Item | What it means |
|---|---|
| Protocols | Number of protocols completed at this site |
| Documents | Number of documents assigned to this site |
The statistics help you quickly check whether the site already has service history and the required documents.
Site information
The Site information card shows the details saved for the address:
- full address,
- contact person,
- phone,
- email,
- opening hours,
- note,
- View on map link when GPS coordinates are saved.
Phone and email are clickable. The map link opens the site location in a map service.
Editing a site
If you have permission to edit clients, the Edit button appears in the header.
- Desktop: the Edit button is shown directly in the header.
- Mobile: the button is available in the More options menu.
Editing requires an internet connection. If you are offline, the button is unavailable.
Note: If you do not see the Edit button, you do not have site editing permission set by the administrator.
Documents
The Documents section shows documents assigned to the site. These may include contracts, certificates, maps, or other documents needed when working at that place.
If you have document management permission, you can:
- upload a new document for the site,
- open a document preview,
- edit document details,
- delete a document.
If you do not have management permission, documents are read-only.
Protocols
The Protocols section shows the latest protocols completed at this site.
You can open the protocol detail from the row. If there are more protocols, use the link to show the full history filtered to this site.
When to use site detail
Use the site detail especially when:
- the client has multiple sites and you need to work with only one of them,
- you want to check documents for an exact place,
- you are looking for service history at a specific address,
- you need to add or correct site contact details.
