Data export

During the grace period, and also while the subscription is active, you can export all your data:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. In the Data export section, click Export all data
  3. A ZIP file is downloaded containing:
    • Protocols (JSON)
    • Clients and addresses (JSON)
    • Materials, pests and other codebooks (JSON)
    • Protocol PDF files
    • Uploaded documents

Important: Export your data before the grace period ends if you decide not to continue.

Restoring access

To restore full access, simply switch to a paid plan:

  1. Click Choose plan in the grace period banner
  2. Select a plan and complete the payment
  3. Access is restored immediately after the payment is processed

Your data remains untouched — all protocols, clients and settings stay exactly as you left them.
