Payment methods

Bank transfer

This is the currently available payment method. After completing your order, you will receive the payment details:

You can find the payment details:

• On the confirmation page after completing the order
• In the confirmation email
• In the Order history section on the portal

Tip: Always include the correct variable symbol (order number) so the payment can be matched automatically.

Card payment

Card payment via Stripe is in progress. Once available, you will be able to pay directly with a credit or debit card.

Billing period

You choose the billing period during plan selection. You can change it later through subscription management.

Invoices

Invoices for your subscription are available in the license.deratix.com portal:

1. Sign in to the portal (see Manage Subscription)
2. Go to the Order history section
3. Each order includes an invoice link

Addon packages

If you need more users than your current plan includes, you can purchase an addon package.

How to buy an addon

1. Sign in to the license.deratix.com portal
2. Go to the Addons section
3. Click Buy next to the selected package
4. Complete the order

Addon packages are added automatically to your current plan. The new user limit is active immediately after the payment is processed.

Note: Addon packages can be added to any plan (Starter, Business, Premium).

Data migration from another system

Moving to Deratix from another software solution? We can help you transfer your data:

• Clients — company name, company ID, contact details
• Addresses — client site addresses
• History — existing records and protocols
