Protocol Reopening & Revisions
A manager can reopen a sent protocol at any time — for example, to correct materials or add photo documentation. The system automatically saves a snapshot of the original state and creates a new revision (Rev. 1, Rev. 2...). The protocol number stays the same, only the revision number is appended. When resending, the client's signature is only recommended, not required — the client doesn't need to be present again. If data changes after signing, the system automatically alerts you and shows which fields have changed since the last signature.

Manager Protocol Review
A new two-phase workflow for teams where a manager reviews technicians' work. The technician fills out the protocol and submits it "For Review" — the manager then checks it, either returns it for rework with a note on what needs to be fixed, or approves it and sends it to the client. Two modes are available: optional review (technician can also send directly) and mandatory review (protocol always goes through the manager).

Protocol Pre-preparation
A manager can pre-prepare a protocol for a technician — fill in the client, address, work type and other details. The technician then opens the protocol, adds the intervention results and submits it for review or directly to the client. Ideal for planning service visits.

Return Protocol for Rework
A manager can return a protocol to the technician with a reason — for example, "add photos" or "correct material quantity". The technician sees the returned protocol in the list with a special badge and can immediately edit it and resubmit for review.

Three-Level Submission Validation
Before sending, the system checks for missing data — technician and client signatures, photo documentation, recommendations, materials, pests and contact person. Each check can be set to one of three levels: off, warning (can proceed) or required (blocks submission). Separate settings for technicians and managers.

Complete Change History
Every protocol now includes a detailed timeline of all events — creation, field-by-field edits, signing, submission for review, return, and reopening. If data changes after signing, the system automatically alerts you and shows which fields have changed.

Protocol Locking
When another user opens a protocol, the system shows their name and prevents concurrent editing. The lock is released automatically when they close the form or after a short period of inactivity.
