Real-world examples

Technician finds the problem on site — and the recommendation is ready

The technician finds gaps in doors, improper food storage or missing window screens during the service. They open the recommendations section and the app shows only those relevant to the current work type and target pest. No scrolling through the entire library — they see exactly what applies to the situation. Select with one tap, add more if needed, drag to reorder for the PDF. The client then receives a protocol with specific action steps — seal, remove, secure — not a vague note saying "good hygiene is recommended".

Customize the text on site — the template stays unchanged

The recommendation in the library says "seal gaps around pipes". At this particular site the problem is near the air handling unit in the basement. The technician opens the recommendation text directly in the protocol and adds the specific detail — exact location, size, what to watch out for. The library template stays as written. At the next client they start again with a clean text. The result is recommendations that are always relevant to the specific site — and at the same time consistent across the whole company.

An illustrative image tells the client more than a paragraph of text

You can attach an illustration to each recommendation in the library — what a properly sealed gap should look like, where to place a bait station, how to secure entrance doors. In the PDF protocol the image appears next to the recommendation text in a clean layout. The client sees not just what to do, but how it should look. Fewer questions, fewer follow-up calls, faster remediation of found issues.

Build the library around what you deal with repeatedly

Every pest control company encounters the same types of problems — open doors, damaged thresholds, improper storage. For each recurring situation you create a template once — with a heading, formatted text and an image. You specify which work types and pests it should appear for. If you have a recommendation for rodent control and insect control with a slight variation, duplicate it and adjust. Deactivate unused recommendations without losing them — they are preserved in old protocols. The whole library is managed from one place.

You don't have to start with an empty library

Right after activation the library contains a set of pre-built recommendations for common pest control situations. Each system recommendation is structured into sections: problem specification, what to do before, during and after treatment. You can use them as-is or customize them. If they aren't enough, add your own. System and custom recommendations work the same way — both are filtered by work type, both appear in the PDF.
