3. Registration and account

• Using the Service may require registration and an account.
• You are responsible for accurate information and account security.
• You are responsible for activities carried out under your account.

4. Service scope and availability

• The Service is provided online; features are described on the website.
• We may update and improve the Service over time.
• Availability may be limited by maintenance or force majeure.

5. Pricing and payment

• If not agreed otherwise, pricing is set in the offer or individual agreement.
• Invoicing and payment terms follow the agreement with the customer.

6. Acceptable use

• You will use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
• You must not abuse the Service, bypass security, or disrupt operations.
• You are responsible for content you upload or process in the Service.

7. Intellectual property

• All rights to the Service, design, and content remain with the provider.
• Customers receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to use the Service.

8. Liability

• The provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
• The provider is not liable for damage caused by events beyond its control.

9. Termination

• Customers may request termination under agreed conditions.
• The provider may suspend or terminate the Service upon breach of these terms.
• Upon termination, data export may be provided if technically feasible.

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
