If you are in a place without signal, you can work normally. Protocols are saved on your device and sent automatically when you have a connection. ### What devices are supported? iOS, Android and Windows devices are supported. The app works in a browser and you can install it on your home screen without needing App Store or Google Play. ### Can I customize PDF protocols? Of course. Logo, stamp, colors and texts in header and footer - you set everything to your liking. Protocols will look professional and consistent. ### How does the client portal work? You send the client an invitation by email. They set a password and have access to all their protocols. You have control - you can revoke access at any time. ### Can I edit a submitted protocol? Yes. A manager can reopen a submitted protocol at any time and create a revision. Fix what's needed — materials, photos, text — and the system automatically saves the original version, creates a new revision and records all changes in the history. The protocol number stays the same, only the revision number is appended (Rev. 1, Rev. 2). If your company uses manager review, the corrected protocol goes through approval before being sent to the client. ### What if I lose my phone? Will I lose my data? No. All submitted protocols are stored on the server. If you lose your device, you log in on a new one and have everything at hand. Protocols in progress in offline mode are stored on the device - we recommend syncing as soon as possible. ### How many photos can I add to a protocol? You can add up to 20 photos with descriptions to the photo documentation section. Additional photos can be added to each identified deficiency. The app automatically resizes them so the PDF is not too large. In the client portal, customers have access to photos in full size. ### Do I need to download the app from the App Store? No. Deratix is a web application - you open it in a browser. On mobile, you can add it to your home screen and it will behave like a regular app. ### Can technicians see protocols of other technicians? It depends on the settings. A technician by default only sees their own work. A manager has an overview of everyone. Permissions can be customized to your needs. ### How does the trial work? Do I need to enter a credit card? No, a credit card is not required. You sign up, verify your email and have 30 days to try all Premium features with up to 15 users. No commitments. ### How many protocols can I create? Unlimited. All plans include unlimited protocols and clients. You only pay based on the number of users. ### Where is my data stored? Your data is stored on servers in the European Union (Germany). Data processing is GDPR compliant. You can access your data at any time and export it. ### What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription? After cancelling your subscription, you have 30 days to export all your data. During this period you have full read access.
